Joseph is an award-winning creative executive, focused on strategy, operations and content development within the digital space. He has extensive experience (15+ years) in digital media, traditional production and the formulation and execution of creative strategies. Prior to joining Wider Wake was a producer and executive at multiple companies in both the digital and traditional entertainment spaces. He was the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Digital Broadcasting Group (DBG) as well as the EVP of Brand Content at Alloy Digital. Prior to DBG, Joseph had extensive experience in the world of television production for such networks as A&E, History Channel, VH1, Starz, Discovery, The Food Network and Fox, to name just a few.
Paul has been in online media since its inception, and in that time has held several senior and founding roles with Klipmart, Doubleclick, Overture/Yahoo, appssavvy and The Exchange Lab. He is also an investor in several businesses including Trade Desk, Collective, DBG, TapAd, Triple Lift, and holds advisory and governance Board positions in AdTheorent, The Exchange Lab and many others. He is a UK national, and received his MBA from Warwick Business School, but has spent most of his adult life abroad, spending time in Hong Kong, various capitals across Europe, but has been a New Yorker since '98. His recently arrived twins keep him busy, but on the rare occasion he can escape the house, he likes long bike rides and a glass of rye whisky, though not necessarily at the same time.
Chris Young is a serial entrepreneur and 15-year veteran of the digital video advertising space. He is currently a general partner at Revel Partners, an early stage technology fund he co-founded in 2011. In addition, he serves on the board of directors of Collective, Vidible and is also a board observer at STAQ and Media Brix. In 2013, Chris sold Digital Broadcasting Group (DBG), of which he was CEO, to Alloy Digital. Prior to starting DBG in 2008, Chris co-founded online video advertising and management solutions company Klipmart in 1999 and grew it into the nation’s largest video rich media vendor taking advertiser’s TV commercials and putting them online. In 2006, under Chris’ leadership, Klipmart was sold to now Google-owned DoubleClick. Chris assumed the role of Executive Vice President of Rich Media and Emerging at DoubleClick.
Cunningham is one of the most recognized leaders in digital advertising and has been a featured speaker at International CES, the IAB's Annual Leadership Meeting, dmexco, and Web Summit, among an array of others.
Hip Aviles has over 17 years of experience in assisting C-Level teams at start-ups, through growth and successful exit execution in the advertising and digital media industry. He is a financial leader with management, strategic planning and execution skills with a consistent record of accomplishments in fiscal management, financial reporting and forecasting. He brings in accounting and operations expertise in implementing use of metrics and controls over A/R, A/P, billing, payroll, cash flow and financial reporting to provide future cash exposure. He has held executive and management positions in IPG, Klipmart, Doubleclick, Google, Digital Broadcasting Group, Alloy and Collective. Hip was instrumental in the successful acquisitions of Klipmart by Doubeclick in 2006 and DBG in 2013 by Alloy. He is currently serving as an outsourced CFO for multiple companies.
